We look out the window,

Wondering if & when,

We will see you,

Walking up again.

I don’t know what happened,

I don’t know why,

I do know the pain,

but am unable to cry.

The pain is deep,

it belongs to you,

Only you can fix it,

What you gonna do?

You have our prayers,

You have our love,

We hope & pray for a miracle,

from God above!

  I remember

Butterfly’s and bugs

Kisses and hugs

Lizards and snakes and

Whatever it takes

To make a little girl smile

For just a little while

She was Daddy’s girl.

She is still Daddy's girl!

I live beyond tears, faced with my fears, That tomorrow could somehow be worse.

What did I do? What didn’t I do?

Or could it be I am cursed?

This hopeless feeling,

is so revealing, 

And felt to the depth of my soul.

Going out of my mind,

can’t fix it this time, and

feeling so out of control.

I am trying my best,

my mind is at unrest,

Feeling hopeless,

not sure what to do,

So hard to hear her say,

day after day,

“All this pain, is caused, by you”.

She refuses to see,

It was her choices, not me,

That set all the wheels

To destructive deception,

She got angry and tired and

Her brain mis-fired,

She chose the wrong path and

The wrong direction.

I hope and I pray,

She will find her way,

To forgive herself and

Make better choices,

To save her soul and

Regain control,

And not listen to the

Evil demon voices!

Take a look and you will see,
A certain lack of honesty,
When people try

to pass the buck,
Ignore the truth

and pray for luck,

But, truth is never changing,
It won’t stand rearranging,
The test of truth is time

and fidelity.

So go your way and I’ll go mine,
Think not of me I’m doing fine,
You’re the one who’s lost control,
You’ve given up your very soul.

A generation strong,

they rely upon,
The world and believe

their teachers,
But, when honesty dies.

Because of the lies,

Love is a dangerous creature.

When they come of age,

in a violent rage,
It’s easy to say, “What a loser”,
But the truth will remain,

Facts never change,

The children are the future.
 

Right or wrong, they travel along,
Desperate to find their own way,
And when they fall,

It’s hard to recall,
Thing’s we didn’t do or say.

If we blind our eyes,

when a child cries,
Who is really the loser?
Truth will remain,

Facts stay the same,
The children are the future.

Take a while, don’t lose the child,
They only take what you can give,
And if you’re aware,

The love you share,
Can teach them how to live.

Don’t blind your eyes,

never to realize,
Who is really the loser?
Cause the truth still remains,
Facts never change,

Believe in dreams,
Cause don’t you know,
If you don’t believe,
They’ll never be so,

They only fade

when we lose hope,
This is something

only we can choose,
And when we let

our dreams fade off,
What a pity, we all lose.

Hold your dreams

and cherish them,
For they belong only to you,
Having them is better,
Than giving up

and saying you’re through,

That’s why I’ll hang on,

And hope you do too,
This is a promise, I’ll never stray,
Don’t lose sight of your dreams,
 

And they’ll come true…Someday.
 

A dreamer is the ultimate realist.
